This Heritage Home needed all 3 floors renovated. A full basement meant removing the dirt at the back part of the home & digging an additional 4 feet down. The main floor: I removed 3 walls & created a unique new flight of stairs. The 2nd floor: the 1 bath & 3 bedrooms were re-designed to have 1 large Primary bedroom with a en-suite & walk-in closet. And a main bathroom and a smaller bedroom.
